Last weekend we hiked up to Aggstein Castle. We could have taken the car but hiking through the woods is just nicer. (Although I have to admit that carrying around all my gear for at least two hours roundtrip isn’t that much fun…)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I set up my tripod on a rock overlooking the castle and waited for the sun to shine through a rip in the heavy rain clouds that were rolling in. Here is the result:<\/p>\n\n\n

The editing took quite some time as I was composing the final image from 5 different shots to get all those wonderful details in the sky and in the hills. What do you think of the edit?<\/p>\n\n\n
